Real Estate Litigation

Our real estate litigation practice encompasses a broad range of experience.  For example, we serve as counsel to a publicly held national retailer in connection with lease and development issues nationwide.  In addition, we represent buyers and sellers of commercial, office, and industrial properties in a variety of disputes.  We also represent brokers, auctioneers, and developers in disputes relating to sale transactions and developments.
